I received the parts sooner than I expected, installed them the next day, and the treadmill is as good as new. It is a great piece of equipment. Thank you again for your great service. Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers.
