I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. Wish that I had copied and pasted it so that I didn’t have to write it again! But I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your excellent service. I was delighted to find the seat levor for my Life Fitness Life Cycle exercise bicycle at a reasonable price. It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems.
